Derryn Coetzee holds a Bachelor of Technology - Marketing Degree, plus a Diploma in Interactive and Direct Marketing.

Derryn has been an integral player in developing & implementing integrated marketing and commercial website strategies since 1996, working for IBM, The Institute for International Research, GKN, Meta4, Reed Elsevier and Informa.

Derryn has also enjoyed lecturing on Strategic and Marketing Management at various tertiary institutions.

Daniel Dzurov holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialisation in Economics and Management, as well as numerous web development, database connectivity and scripting Diplomas.

As the founding Director of XTmotion, Daniel has gained a great deal of experience in business management and has been developing leading websites since the late 1990s.

In a nutshell, Daniel is a truly commercially minded internet, website and interactive technology professional.

Helen Coetzee holds an Honours Degree in Marketing & Communication, and the IDM Diploma in Direct Marketing.

Helen has worked in South Africa & the UK in various divisions of Informa and IIR Ltd. For the last 8 years at Informa, she was responsible for writing & implementing the integrated marketing plans of a large number of the company's flagship international industry-leading financial events. During her time at Informa, Helen also played a key role in various strategic web & internet projects that moved the business to the forefront of internet & web marketing.

Helen joined XTmotion in 2009 as a Marketing Director. She is responsible for marketing & business development, as well as project management & account management for various key clients.

Viktor Gieci joined XTmotion in January 2005. 

Viktor has extensive experience in developing cutting edge internet and intranet applications for leading national and global organisations like:

Viktor particularly enjoys working on Java, PHP and MySQL development projects.

Helen Keevy joined XTmotion in 2008. She has a Degree in Journalism, and first came to be involved in the world wide web as a content creator and editor in the late 1990s. She subsequently worked as a book editor, copy writer, communications officer and website manager, before taking on the role of account and project manager at XTMotion.
